“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) and Paul Michael Davis (IP No. 7805) both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
