Notice of Proposed Distribution

Pursuant to Rule 175 of The Investment Bank Special Administration (England and Wales) Rules 2011

Notice is hereby given of the Special Administrators’ proposal to pay a first and final dividend to preferential & unsecured creditors of the investment bank. Creditors who have not yet done so, are required, on or before 5 March 2021 to send their proofs of debt to the undersigned, Adam Henry Stephens, Finbarr Thomas O’Connell, Henry Anthony Shinners and Gregory Andrew Palfrey of Smith & Williamson LLP, 25 Moorgate, London, EC2R 6AY joint special administrators, of the Company and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the special administrators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proven his debt by the date specified will be excluded from the dividend. The final dividend will be declared within 2 months from 5th March 2021.
