“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Adrian Paul Dante (IP No. 9600) of MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP, Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5DA and Paul Michael Davis (IP No. 7805) of MHA MacIntyre Hudson LLP, 6th Floor, 2 London Wall Place, London, EC2Y 5AU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”
