The following resolutions were duly passed at the meeting; as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

“That Carolynn Jean Best and Martin Richard Buttriss of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 1st Floor Gateway House, Grove Business Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”

At a subsequent meeting of creditors, duly convened and held at the same venue on 18 December 2020, Situl Devji Raithatha of Springfields Advisory LLP was appointed Liquidator of the Company.
