A petition to wind up the above-named company UK Digital Currency Association (company number 08938586) (“the Company”) of 4-6 Swaby’s Yard, Walkergate, Beverley, East Yorkshire, England HU17 9BZ was presented on 9 January 2020 by Diacle Limited. By an order made on 3 February 2020 DIACLE LIMITED whose registered office is 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, a company incorporated in the UK and whose address for service in the UK 7 Bell Yard, London, WC2A 2JR, the petitioner claiming to be a creditor of the Company.

The petition was transferred to the County court at Leeds on 28th July 2020

The petition will be heard at The Business and Property Court, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on 8 September 2020 at 10:30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
