Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 ("the Act") and Rules 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules") that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company is being proposed by Dominic Mchale, the director of the Company.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: The appointment of a Liquidator. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. The meeting will be held on 8 October 2021 at 3.30 pm at SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ. To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, by one of the following methods: By post to: SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ, By fax to: 020 7538 3322, By email to: enquiries@sfpgroup.com.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for 3.30 pm on 8 October 2021.

Richard Hunt (IP No. 21772) is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the Company and a list of names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection at SFP, 9 Ensign House, Admirals Way, Marsh Wall, London E14 9XQ on the two business days preceding the meeting.

This meeting has been summoned under Section 246ZF(5)(a) of the Act and Rule 6.14(4) as a result of an objection to decisions proposed by Deemed Consent received from one or more creditors.
