Notice is hereby given that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened at 10 Bridge Street, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 1EF on 12 January 2022 at 11.00 am, the following special and ordinary resolutions were passed:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James Hawksworth (IP No. 22450) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Davidson House, Forbury Square, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 3EU and Phillip Sykes (IP No. 6119) of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
