A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Europa Club Limited (08932883) of 13-14 Hanover Street, London W1S 1YH, 40 Bank Street, London E14 5NR (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Accountancy, presented on Monday 08 February 2021, at 14:02 by AVENTURE INTL LIMITED, of Unit 1-12 Radiant House, 28-30 Fowler Road, Ilford, Essex IG6 3LT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS OF ENGLAND AND WALES INSOLVENCY AND COMPANIES LIST (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 05 May 2021, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
