A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is 7-9 Charlwood Street, London, Greater London, England, SW1V 2ED, presented on 14 December 2023 by FEDERAL CAPITAL LIMITED whose registered office is at 14a Old Marsh Farm Barns, Welsh Road Sealand, Deeside, Clwyd, CH5 2LY, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 19 March 2024 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
