At a General Meeting of the Members of Euro Kit Buildings Limited duly convened and held at the Hilton Maidstone, Bearsted Road, Maidstone, Kent ME14 5AA on 11 January 2017 at 1.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Anne Weir and Peter Simkin, both of Lameys, One Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2HD, (IP Nos 9107 and 13370) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
