A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Euro Foodbrands Export Limited (registered number 05797267) of Unit l, Stonebridge Park, 20 Electric Avenue, Gilmoss Industrial Estate, Liverpool, Merseyside, L11 0EL, presented on 9 May 2019 by ANTENOR LTD and which was duly substituted to Liverpool City Council of Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 lAH on 19 November 2019 (the Petitioner) claiming to be creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX at 10:30 am on Tuesday 12 May 2020 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on Monday 11 May 2020.
