A Petition to wind up the above-named company, Euro Foodbrands Export Limited (registered number 05797267), of Unit 1 Stonebridge Park, 20 Electric Avenue, Gilmoss Industrial Estate, Liverpool, Merseyside L11 0EL presented on 9 May 2019 by ANTENOR LIMITED of Jubilee Buildings, Victoria Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 2SH (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at the County Court at Liverpool, Liverpool Civil & Family Courts, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on Tuesday 8 October 2019 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
