"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Stanyon (IP No. 25710) and Anthony John Wright (IP No. 10870) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 142/148, Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
