"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Samantha Hawkins (IP No. 12770) of Hawkins Insolvency Limited, The Clock House, High Street, Wrington, North Somerset, BS40 5QA and Kevin Goldfarb (IP No. 8858) of Griffins Insolvency, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9LG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
