Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Director of the above-named Company (the 'convener') is seeking deemed consent from creditors on the nomination of a Liquidator. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 17 April 2019.

Notice is hereby given that a decision is to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company by way of a Deemed Consent Procedure for the appointment of Michael Gillard of Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited as Liquidator of the Company.

To object to this decision, creditors must deliver a duly completed notice of objection to Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited, Scope House, Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6DD by no later than 23.59 hours on 17 April 2019, the Decision Date, together with proof of their debt, without which objections will be invalid.

Unless 10% of the creditors who would be entitled to vote at a qualifying decision procedure object to this decision, then it will be automatically approved on 17 April 2019, the Decision Date.

The notice of objection must be delivered together with a proof in respect of the creditor's claim in accordance with Rules failing which the objection will be disregarded. Proofs may be delivered to Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited, Scope House, Weston Road, Crewe, CW1 6DD. A creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless make an objection if the creditor provides a proof of debt in the requisite time frame.

It is the convener's responsibility to aggregate any objections to see if the threshold is met for the decision to be taken as not having been made. If the threshold is met the deemed consent procedure will terminate and a physical meeting will be convened and held to seek a decision on the nomination.

Michael Gillard (IP No. 14470) of Mackenzie Goldberg Johnson Limited, is qualified to act as an Insolvency Practitioner in relation to the Company and will, during the period before the Decision Date, furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.
