A petition to wind up ET Capital UK Holdings Limited (the "Petition") (registered office Leavesden Park, 5 Hercules Way, Watford, Hertfordshire, England, WD25 7GS) was presented on 28 July 2017 by SBC RENEWABLES LIMITED (registered office The Factory, Whitchurch, Ross-On-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 6DF) and SIRIUS RENEWABLE ENERGY LIMITED (registered office Russel House, Mill Road, Langley Moor, Co. Durham, DH7 8HJ), claiming to be creditors of the Company. The Petition will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies Court at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 18 September 2017 at 10.30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioners or their solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 4pm on 15 September 2017.
