That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the winding up proceed as Members Voluntary Liquidation and

That Peter Hall and Carrie James of SKSi, Unit 1, First Floor, Brook Business Centre, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge, UB8 25X be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
