At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Unit N, Kingsfield Business Centre, Philanthropic Road, Redhill, Surrey RH1 4DP on 11 March 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 21 Lombard Street, London EC3V 9AH be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up and that the Joint Liquidators may act jointly or severally so that all functions may be exercised by either or both of the liquidators.”
