A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Eston Labour Club Ltd (11159135) of 53 Barnaby Crescent, Middlesbrough, Cleveland TS6 9HR, whose nature of business is public houses and bars, presented on Thursday 27 January 2022, at 10:00 by BRITISH GAS TRADING LIMITED, of Millstream, Maidenhead Road, Windsor SL4 5GD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 16 March 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
