Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed by the shareholders on 14 February 2018, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its current and/or impending liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same under a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation and that Gareth Bishop and Helen Whitehouse of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 10 St Helen's Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."

At a virtual meeting of the Creditors of the Company, duly convened on 14 February 2018 at 2.30 pm, the following ordinary resolutions were duly passed:

"That David Birne (IP No. 9034) and Brian Johnson (IP No. 9288) both of Fisher Partners, 11-15 William Road, London, NW1 3ER be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and separately in the liquidation."
