NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that: At a general meeting of the above named company, duly convened, and held at Unit 16-18, The Boscombe Centre, Mills Way, Amesbury, SP4 7SD, on 29 June 2021 at 11.00am, the following special resolution was duly passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolutions:

That Richard Brewer of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, Highfield Court Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, S053 31Y and Terence Guy Jackson of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, One London Square, Cross Lanes, Guildford, GU1 1UN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

That the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.
