Notice is hereby given by Roderick Graham Butcher to the creditors of the above-named Company that the following decision is sought from him by way of a Deemed Consent Procedure, for the appointment of Roderick Graham Butcher (IP No 8834) of 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP as Liquidator.

To object to this decision, creditors must send to me at my offices at 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham, B3 1UP a duly completed notice of objection by no later than 23.59 hours on 12 June 2020, the Decision Date, together with proof of their debt, (if not already been lodged) without which objections will be invalid.

Unless 10% of the creditors who would be entitled to vote at a qualifying decision procedure object to this decision, then it will be automatically approved on 12 June 2020, the Decision Date.

If no person is nominated by the creditors, then the existing liquidator will be the liquidator in the creditors' voluntary winding up.
