At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 12:00 noon on 12 August 2022 at 153 Milton Keynes Business Centre, Foxhunter Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes MK14 6GD the following resolutions were duly passed as Special and Ordinary Resolutions:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Marco Piacquadio (IP No. 19910) of FTS Recovery Limited, Baird House, Seebeck Place, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8FR and Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Studio L2A, 294 Witan Studios, Witan Gate, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, MK9 1EJ be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them”.
