A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Fox & Goose Inn, Bristol Road, Brent Knoll, Highbridge, Somerset, TA9 4HH presented on 8 July 2019 by AW SCOTT LIMITED of Unit 11b Beechwood Road Industrial Estate, Evanton, Dingwall, Ross-Shire IV16 9XJ claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL. Date: 21 August 2019 Time: 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
