"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Nedim Ailyan (IP No. 9072) of Abbott Fielding Limited, 142-148 Main Road, Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6NZ and Lloyd Christopher Biscoe (IP No. 9141) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend, Essex SS1 2EG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately."
