"That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore (IP No. 9098) of Philmore & Co, Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
