A Petition to wind-up the above named company of SDC (2012) LTD P/A SHAH DODHIA & CO/173, CLEVELAND STREET, LONDON, W1T 6QR (registered office) presented on 28 December 2018 by MR HARILAL VELJI VIRA SHAH and MR NIKUNJ HARLAL VELJI VIRA SHAH of PO BOX 876, NAKURU, NAKURU GPO, KENYA will be heard by the High Court sitting at Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, EC4A 1NL on 13 February 2019 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
