"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that William Turner (IP No. 9049) of Verulam Advisory, Oxford Point, 19 Oxford Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8GS and Peter Nicholas Wastell (IP No. 9119) of Verulam Advisory, First Floor, The Annexe, New Barnes Mill, Cottonmill Lane, St Albans, Herts, AL1 2HA are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
