“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Appleton and Paul Cooper, both of David Rubin & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London WC1R 4HE, (IP Nos. 8883 and 15452), be and they are appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
