At a General Meeting of the Company duly convened and held at Citadines Holborn-Covent Garden, 94-99 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6LF, on 31 March 2017, at 2.15 pm, the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolutions respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Panos Papas, (IP No. 8035) and Norman Cowan, (IP No. 001884) both of Wilder Coe Ltd, Oxford House, Campus 6, Caxton Way, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, SG1 2XD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation for the purposes of such winding up.”
