A Petition to wind up ERGANAGH CONSTRUCTION SERVICES LTD (NI620466) of 25 Listymore Park, Castlederg, County Tyrone BT81 7LN, whose nature of business is 43390, presented on Monday 24 February 2020, at 14:00 by HER MAJESTY'S REVENUE AND CUSTOMS, of 100 Parliament Street, London SW1A 2BQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Chichester Street, Belfast, BT1 3JE, on Thursday 24 February 2022, at 10:15 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
