At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 72 Wembley Park Drive, Wembley, HA9 8HB on 16 May 2019 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Ltd, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such voluntary winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
