A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (registered no 09100726) of 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH presented on the 17 August 2017 by MARK IAN RALPHS of 4 Birkdale Avenue, Blackwell, Bromsgrove B60 1BY a director of the company, will be heard at Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Monday 9 October 2017 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of that intention in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours on the 6 October 2017.
