A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Equine Synthetics Ltd (08649875) of Unit 27, Albion Parade, Gravesend DA12 2RN, 79 Rutland Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1QR (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is 39000, presented on Wednesday 21 September 2022, at 09:00 by NWH GROUP LIMITED, of Unit 5, Mayfield Industrial Estate, Dalkeith EH22 4AD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the BUSINESS AND PROPERTY COURTS IN BIRMINGHAM, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on Tuesday 22 November 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
