Notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidator proposes to make a first and final distribution to the preferential and unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 6 January 2022, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ, the Joint Liquidator of the above named Company. The Joint Liquidator intends to declare a first and final dividend within 2 months of the last date for proving.

Finally, the Liquidator is required to state the value of the fund (the Prescribed Part) available to unsecured credtors from the Company's net property under s176A of the Insolvency Act 1986. I would confirm that the value of the fund in this matter is ÂŁ10,105.69.
