“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Forbes Rutherford (IP No. 5736) of Cowan & Partners CA, 60 Constitution Street, Leith, Edinburgh, EH6 6RR be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
