At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at Chichester House, Chichester Street, Rochdale OL16 2AX on 30 November 2016 the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Penn, of Absolute Recovery Limited, First Floor, Block A, Loversall Court, Clayfields, Tickhill Road, Doncaster, DN4 8QG, (IP No 6899) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
