"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Robert Horton (IP No. 8922) and Joanne Milner (IP No. 8761) both of R2 Advisory Limited, 1 Royal Exchange Avenue, London EC3V 3LT be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
