Notice is given by Jeremy Charles Frost and Stephen Patrick Jens Wadsted that decisions are to be sought from the creditors of the above-named Company to approve the Administrators' proposals and to form a committee, and if one is not formed, to seek decisions approving the Administrators' preadministration costs, fixing the Administrators' remuneration and approving the Administrators' disbursements.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must submit their completed voting form so that it is received at Frost Group Limited, Airport House, Purley Way, Croydon CR0 0XZ by no later than 23.59 hours on 1 February 2018, the decision date. It must be accompanied by proof of their debt, (if not already lodged). Failure to do so will lead to their votes being disregarded.
