and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986,

A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Enviroplastics Limited (05675357) of Units 11 & 12 Saxon Street, Off City Road, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD8 8AG England, whose nature of business is to act as a general commercial trading company, and other objects stated in the memorandum of association of the company, presented on Thursday 24 January 2019, at 10:00 by BRADFORD CITY COUNCIL, of 2nd Floor Britannia House, Hall Ings, Bradford BD1 1HX claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Courts, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Monday 18 March 2019, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
