Notice is given that I, Mark Jonathan Botwood (IP No. 8965) of Muras Baker Jones Ltd, 3rd Floor, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG the liquidator of the above named Company, intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 25 August 2020, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Muras Baker Jones Ltd, Regent House, Bath Avenue, Wolverhampton, WV1 4EG and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified will be excluded from the distribution.

Please note the Directors of the Company have made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all agreed creditors will be paid in full.
