At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH on 23 November 2017, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Lloyd Hinton (IP No. 9516) and Marco Piacquadio (IP No: 19910) of Insolve Plus Ltd, 4th Floor Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately."
