Notice is hereby given that on 25 October 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by CBO ASSOCIATES LIMITED, 4 Tayview Drive, Liff, Dundee, DD2 5PF craving the Court inter alia that ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS & RENTAL LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC514311) and having its registered office at C/O Keltic Accounting Limited Inverurie Business Hub, Burghmuir Circle, Blackhall Industrial Estate, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire, AB51 4FS (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Claire Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner of Middlebrooks Business Recovery and Advice, 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG be appointed as Interim Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by interlocutor of 25 October 2019 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Aberdeen sheriff court, Aberdeen Civil Justice Centre and Commercial Courts, Queen Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1AQ within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
