A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Registered Office at Metro House, Northgate, Chichester, England, PO19 1BE, presented on 29 December 2021, by AMICUS ASSET FINANCE GROUP LIMITED30 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4EB, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 8 February 2022 at 10.00 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
