NOTICE TO UNSECURED CREDITORS OF INTENTION TO DECLARE A DIVIDEND

Notice is given under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Gareth Stones, the Liquidator, to the creditors of Engage4Life Limited, that I intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 27 March 2021, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to me at Stones & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 63 Walter Road, Swansea SA1 4PT and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because he has not participated in it.

Liquidator: Gareth Stones (IP No 19190).

Date of Appointment: 31 December 2019. Please note that this appointment was previously held by Gary Stones who was appointed Liquidator on 31 December 2015. The matter was transferred by Block Transfer Order dated 18 December 2019.
