“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, effective as at 11.00 am on 9 February 2022 and that Richard Gardiner, of Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline KY11 8PB, (IP No: 9488) be appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
