NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the company on the Joint Administrators’ fees being fixed by reference to the time given by them and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Administration, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time it was undertaken. The Joint Administrators being authorised to recover all Category 2 disbursements, calculated on the bases detailed in Smith Cooper’s summary. The unpaid pre-Administration costs set out in the Joint Administrators’ Proposal being approved.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver their claims and votes to 2 Lace Market Square, Nottingham NG1 1PB by no later than 23.59 hours on 27 September 2017.
