Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 15 November 2016 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound-up voluntarily and that Michael Solomons and Richard Keley, both of BM Advisory, Arundel House, 1 Amberley Court, Whitworth Road, Crawley, RH11 7XL, (IP Nos 9043 and 18072) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up, and are to act jointly and severally” At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and held on the same day, the appointment of Michael Solomons and Richard Keley was confirmed.
