Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of the above named Company will be held at 11.15 am on 23 August 2018 at FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL, for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolutions as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Anthony Lowe (IP No. 009513) and Nathan Jones (IP No. 9326) both of FRP Advisory LLP, Ashcroft House, Ervington Court, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WL be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
