A Petition to wind up the above named Company of Third Floor, Flat 5 St. Marys Terrace, London, W2 1SU presented on 13 February 2020 by Npower Ltd acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies' Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 1 April 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
